I was trying to do what the people told me on my other thread that got locked (about going on a website through a proxy). I would follow the advice... But where are the proxy settings :lol: ?

no you got it all wrong. Don't set up firefox to use a proxy, you have to go to a proxy website (find by google search) and then type the website address into it.

 

 

 

Revert your firefox settings to before you tried this also.

1)They're probably wrong

 

2)There are no consequences to there actions

 

3)No good comes out of screwing around with internet settings

It's just as easy to do it in Fx. Plus you can just lists upon lists of them, and switch them all the time.

If you are using the new firefox (2) go to tools options advanced network settings and then choose the first one.
