May 28, 200719 yr hi this is tom`s/kaisers911`s guide i will be writing to help you new members on how to level your p2p skills (pay to play), and all the new things you can do while being a member farming/fletching whilst doing it 1st thing you should do upon becoming a member is farming i know you may of all heard farming is boring and i agree its not the best unfortunatlly im only 28 farming although you should read another guide about farming if you enjoy, but at level 25 yes 25 you start to make what i would say decent profit for players with little money and items. 1st of all what you need to start: .trowel .rake .watering can .seed dibber .seeds-potato .plant cure .spade .either loads of fruit vegtables or pinapples from karamja would help = supercompost (only bring the seeds and about 1.5k with you it will be explained soon) and if you dont wanna wait around waiting for plants to grow bring a knife and woodcut axe with you, you may also do other things however you may not be able to prevent your plants from dieing if your over the other side of the map 1st go down to draynor with you money and cabbage seeds and marrigold seeds all things listed above and woodcut axe and knife now go out the nw part of draynor by the cabbage patches and open gate and go up put the compost on the patch (or if your making your own put it in the compost bin)and by equipment of farmer, make sure you fill your watering can up at the cow part next to it just climb over the stile and youll see a sink fill it up there. Now go back and use the rake with all patches there for maximum xp although only 3 will be used after that, plant your seeds then water your seeds and fill your inventory with logs by cutting them now use the knife with them, and make arrow shafts (for profit or ranged xp)and keep doing it until you notice the water has dissapeared off your cabbage patch and rewater, then keep making arrow shafts for ranged xp or money or shortbows/longbows for xp (the shafts only take up 1 spot how ever the bows take up all spaces so you may need to drop them)eventually after a while of doing the same your cabbages will either have grow or died if you see they have died use plant cure with them and once harvested you will be about 3 farming congratulations you can now plant marigold seeds, so guess what youll do next?use compost and plant marigold seeds and cabbage seeds aswell continue like we did earlier water, fletch, water, fletch, water ,fletch, harvest, plant the mari`s and cab seeds again and fletch you should be around 15-20fletching if you are dedicated maybe higher. Now you may be slightlly bored with farming or not so if you are read on if not continue reading. now at i think level 9 farming you can plant guam seeds if im not wrong and if you want to feel free to do so as you may use them for herblore or money now keep fletching and planting the newest things you can in your patches and fletch at the same time now you may want to read this farming guide from now on as it will be more help than me unfortunately:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=farming_guide.htm thieving (my favorite members skill when i started members) not to bad for money now to start i would recomend going to lumbridge with all hte men and woman and right clicking and choosing pickpocket (and if you want a tip wield a bow with no arrows there so if you misclick you dont start a fight [0; )keep doing this until level 7 congratulations you can now pick farmers (not master farmers just normal ones) now to find these you have to follow the path to draynor where you see the highwayman around there is 1 or 2 farmers now pickpocket them and keep doing until about i would say 15 now go over white wolf mountain and go to ardougne and steal from cake stores until about 25 and then either steal from silk stores or pick the woman warriors at varrok castle near reldo the libarian i think or there are some near the estate agent there and do it till about 40 i did it in 3hours then you can pickpocket guards until you can do autumn garden which heres a link to the sticky its very good got me loads of levels so ace guide on it m8: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=616866 but litterally if that doesnt float your boat you may wanna try pyramid plunder which actually ive heard is alright profit and xp if your not to good at autumn garden although you need food and anti pots whilst doing it you may be bitten and loose a few hp but also posioned which is annoying because 1 to get in you need to start inclathins little helper and it can take a while to find the right entrance so thats why i prefer autumn garden also during summer garden you get guess what? reader:what? you get farming xp who woulda guessed and to be honest probally better than normal farming at lower levels but who said you had to get the squirk you can also pick the herbs which is listed in the guide aswell so i hope this helps as im 55 thieving rofl tip.its guide:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=thieving_guide.htm agility(ive done this 3 days solid and gotten from 29 to 53)one of my favourite skills now why do agility?well ever had to run a long distance and ran out of energy and its taken ages to come back well the high this skill the quicker it returns not only that it allows you to run longer distances keeping you energy....there are however a few things that will allow you to get quicker levels and keep going longer here are what they are: .no armour this is a must if you dont want to run out of energy .if you have got 40hunter or 66 wear the best spotted cape or spottier cape the spotted 1 make it go down 2kg and spottier i believe is -5kg correct if mistaken .if you have done the 1st bit of temple of ikov which is just get the necklase go down the stairs light a candle cut web with a knife or sharp item you get the boots of lightness which takes 4kg of your weight even if you have 2kg weight wear these itll go down to -2kg .i used cakes i got from thieving to start off go to gnome stronghold and try to enter and there is a woman that says to get her in so put her on the kart and then your done now go up until you see the course now start on the log, go up the tree, climb the branch, across the rope, down the tree, over the net, and through the pipe now you may find its boring trust me i did until i got higher levels now once you reach 20 you may go to brimhaven either through glory teleport or get boat from karamja you need to pay 200gp to enter ,but although the xp is about the same you can only do certain obstacles at that level cakes are definably better here as the lower your hp the less damage they do but i died from lagging here once so be careful, also you may see a arrow above a ticket dispenser touch it and try to follow it to other dispenser if you tag it in time you get a ticket worth about 250xp there more tickets you cash in together the more bonus xp you get did it here until about 40 then i found it so fun i could do every single obstacle the only ones you cant do at 20-39 are the spinning blades and the darts(at 40-45avoid the darts as it lowers your agil temporary by 2 i would recommend staying here practically all the way to 80+ as i have seen levels 80s and higher here i have never tried the agility pyramid so ill try it soon and write about the xp and stuff hope this part helped here is tip.its guide:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=agility_guide.htm slayer well to be honest this is probably one of the best money making things in the game at 65 when you can slay dust devils you can get d chain =15.5mil since i saw drops and abyssal demons things like abbysal whip =1.6 to be honest im not to good with slayer im 37 which is alright as you might as well do this skill if your training your fighting skills because you get slayer xp as well as attack strength etc xp to start this is were you wil find the slayer masters and there current although the tip.it guide is in more depth so visit here: http://tip.it/runescape/?page=slayer_guide.htm hunter this isnt really a money skill however it is very fun i found 1st to start of go and get the hunter items from the hunter shop (symbol is a paw) like noose wand and butterfly net, butterfly jar, bird snares, practically everything then go to rekkela once you reach there you will see a little bump in the ground examine it and youll find footprints follow them and examine were the footprints lead to then itll eventually say i think i can see something so then use the other option to grab it and youll get its fur meat and bones i buried the bones dropped meat and fur at this time, i did this till level 15 to catch birds now catch cerualean twitches with traps until about 25 at 20 you can lay 2 traps w000t lol then grab an axe knife and make deadfall traps by the bird hunter nw from the gnome strong hold and do it until about 35 now you can catch green salamanders so go to mortainia and use a net and rope to make a trap i did this until 47 and ive stopped doing it here for now so when i start doing it again ill tell you about it visit tip.its guide to find out about more:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=hunting_guide.htm herblore although as i said farming comes in handy through this skill to start off you can make anything so do the quest druidric ritual here the link: once you complete this you can enter the herblore shop now buy some vials a pestle and motar and a few eyes of newt and bank them all do it untill you have about 100of each vial eyes of newt only 1 pestle and motar now get a full inventory of vials and fill it by the hairdresser until all are water filled, now go to lumbridge and keep killing men and woman and the will drop something called unidentified herbs (unids)and identify them if it lets you if not keep them dont do what i did this will be explained later on if you want lots of money now keep doing it till you have a few guams or 100guams will take a while or by the guams 300ea-500ea, or farm them like i said earlier best to keep the farmed stuff, now get 14vials 14guams out of bank and use the guam with vial until all guams are in vials, now do the same but with eyes of newts and you should have at least 10-15herblore levels. now kill the giants in edgeville dungeon and bury there bones or sell and keep the limpwort roots or buy or farm once again, now fill the vials with tarromin add the limp roots and got to non member worlds and sell to f2p for 1-1.5keach!do it until level 22 go to the red spiders during dragon slayer quest in karamja dungeon and farm or buy harralanders do the same add and sell or use them during desert treasure now get pestle motar and 5kish and go down to port sarim food shop buy the chocolates that are there and grind them up now once you have a full inv bank and get some harralander and add the ingrediants and sell or use now do this until 34 and get toadflax and go to traverly shore and search around for frog legs now do the same unfortunately im only 32herblore so ive got no idea what to do next so read tip its guide here:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=herblore_guide.htm construction this is a much to big skill to write about soi visit tip.its guide here or another guide on these forums:http://tip.it/runescape/?page=construction_beginner_guide.htm money making!!! unids remember how i told you to keep them unids earlier?by killing men and woman well bank them then sell them on world 2 fallador east bank east part of the bank for 1k-1.1k each but there is a quicker way to get them however 2 or 3 minutes run or walk its down in remmeber traverlly dungeon follow it round until you see chaos druids and kill them they always drop something magic related or herblore related or crystal teeth =30k or my mate got dragon square once []=1.1mil since i last saw and you can get dragon spear=about 300k no?but back onto topic kill the druids, get herbs, sell world 2, make loads of profit, and combat levels. flax picking to my suprise this is pretty good money if you dont have really high skill levels literally its sooo simple and anyone can do it as long as you dont mind clicking alot just go to seers village inbetween catherby and ardounge and go about 15seconds down from the bank and you`ll see flax fields, just dont bring anything in your inventory or wear anything apart from things that make you lighter, now collect 28flax and bank them do it until you have about 1000 now go to a busy world and say selling 1k flax 100k= 100,000gp it takes about 2-3minutes for 28flax =2.8k in 2 minutes good ent it? bowstring links on to flax picking whilst flax picking if you have 15crafting you may see lots of people going into a house just north of the yew trees go up there and click the spinning wheel and click make x type in 28 and bowstring sells 160-200ea or can be used on bows in fletching to make good money although picking flax doesnt get you skill xp bowstring does gets you crafting xp and it takes about 4-5minutes to pick flax and make bowstring ,which works out slighty better by cash in time and xp definatlly. pure essence all you need to do is complete rune mysteries and go to varrok rune shop, with nothing but a pickaxe,no armour apart from boots of lightness and spotted, spottier cape and then teleport mine the rock and teleport out sell world 2 fally east for 100-120ea but if you have about 270k i tend to go world 2 fally east bank and by the pure essence 90each and sell to the people buying it about 110-120 which is 30k profit every1k of ess you sell merchanting this is how lots of people make there money now just like above by the ess 90ea and sell it 120ea you make 30k profit thats merchanting in its simplest form by cheap sell high merchanting doesnt have to be just by it and sell straight away you can by it and cook or smith it etc fletch then sell and make profit aswell as xp bying raw salmon and trout 30ea-40ea cook it and sell 50-70each you make 20k every 1k of fish but also cooking xp about 50k cooking xp from that which is good if you have 70fletching like me ;0) buy the yew logs 280-300each or woodcut then buy bowstring or make it then cut the bow into unstrung longbow then add bowstring to it and sell them strung 560-600each in seers village on buy world or camelot teleport spot but you can merchant anything as long as you buy low sell high its better to by like 100pure ess insted of 1000 because you can by the 100pure ess for 80ea 8k and the person sell the 1000ess would probally want 100k for it so you save 20k bying it in small amounts then selling it in bulk you can charge slightlly more so try it with everything but try it with things in demand not like tea and things hope it helps there are also new guilds to p2p here they are: what guild entrance requirements where it is what to do there Fishing 68 North of Ardougne Bank, shop, all fishing Hero's Hero's quest North of Taverly Amulet of Glory recharge fountain, dragon weapon shop, mining, caged Blue dragon Legend's Legend's quest Northeast of Ardougne Bank, shops, Shadow warrior dungeon Magic 66 Yanille Bank, rune shop, training dungeon, teleports to other wizard towers Range 40 Southwest of Seers' Village Several shops, archery game, practice towers Warriors' 130 combined Attack and Strength West of Burthorpe Games room Bank, several shops and training areas new mini games! pest control basically there is a knight you have to defend by killing monsters and portals with 25other players if you do 50points of damage and your team wins you get x10 your combat level in cash as well as 1 point this point maybe used to get experience in a fighting skill or used to buy special items read tip.its guide to find out more about this fun mini game: http://tip.it/runescape/?page=pest_control.htm guide helpers: i will be adding more information and pictures but for now byby tipiters pm me if you want to add some bits to this guide and i will add your names to the bottom took me 4hours to make so better be good lol jk
May 28, 200719 yr I'll say one things for sure, you have amazing potential. this guide could use some more work, although its already decent, you could touch up on grammar, provide links to other guides, post pics, and use more bbcode (and use it right). I'll tell you that you could be a great guidewriter, but you started off with a bad topic choice, and even on this you did decent. Try to use a smaller topic choice on your next guide
May 28, 200719 yr Author thnx 4 the comments id post pics but pc is messed up atm but thank you i just wanna help people
May 29, 200719 yr Pretty good guide. Can I just ask how Hunter isn't a money skill? Red chinchompas sell for about 700 ea. There are 10 types of people in the world - those that know binary and those that have a social life
May 29, 200719 yr Edit: sorry, i've reread it now. you could have put more effort in ur guide. 5/10. I'll provide the worst parts, because i'm on my mobile now. 1st - farming. No alternatives provided (catherby- fishing, etc.) plus you start with potatoe seeds, but continue with cabbage. You cannot plant cabbage seeds on lvl 1. E.g. You tell to pick grown cabbage and you'll get to 3rd lvl. 2nd - agility. This guide is awful, I recommend everyone not to use it, there are many guides way better. R.I.P. oO000oO0oO00, RS2 range pure transformed to a maxed PvM char in EoC, ten years of time completely wasted.Good to be gone :)
May 29, 200719 yr I've sorted out a lot of the spelling mistakes. Flax picking tT my surprise this is pretty good money if you don't have really high skill levels literally its sooo simple and anyone can do it as long as you dont mind clicking alot just go to seers village in-between Catherby and Ardounge and go about 15 seconds down from the bank and you`ll see flax fields, just don't bring anything in your inventory or wear anything apart from things that make you lighter, now collect 28flax and bank them do it until you have about 1000 now go to a busy world and say selling 1k flax 100k= 100,000gp it takes about 2-3minutes for 28flax =2.8k in 2 minutes good ent it? bowstring links on to flax picking whilst flax picking if you have 15crafting you may see lots of people going into a house just north of the yew trees go up there and click the spinning wheel and click make x type in 28 and bowstring sells 160-200ea or can be used on bows in fletching to make good money although picking flax doesn't get you skill xp bowstring does gets you crafting xp and it takes about 4-5minutes to pick flax and make bowstring ,which works out slightly better by cash in time and xp definitely. pure essence all you need to do is complete rune mysteries and go to Varrock rune shop, with nothing but a pickaxe,no armour apart from boots of lightness and spotted, spottier cape and then teleport mine the rock and teleport out sell world 2 fally east for 100-120ea but if you have about 270k i tend to go world 2 fally east bank and by the pure essence 90each and sell to the people buying it about 110-120 which is 30k profit every1k of ess you sell Merchanting This is how lots of people make there money now just like above by the ess 90ea and sell it 120ea you make 30k profit that's merchanting in its simplest form by cheap sell high merchanting doesn't have to be just by it and sell straight away you can by it and cook or smith it etc fletch then sell and make profit aswell as xp buying raw salmon and trout 30ea-40ea cook it and sell 50-70each you make 20k every 1k of fish but also cooking xp about 50k cooking xp from that which is good if you have 70fletching like me ;0) buy the yew logs 280-300each or woodcut then buy bowstring or make it then cut the bow into unstrung longbow then add bowstring to it and sell them strung 560-600each in seers village on buy world or Camelot teleport spot but you can merchant anything as long as you buy low sell high its better to by like 100pure ess instead of 1000 because you can by the 100pure ess for 80ea 8k and the person sell the 1000ess would probably want 100k for it so you save 20k buying it in small amounts then selling it in bulk you can charge slightlly more so try it with everything but try it with things in demand not like tea and things hope it helps there are also new guilds to p2p here they are: what guild entrance requirements where it is what to do there Fishing 68 North of Ardougne Bank, shop, all fishing Hero's Hero's quest North of Taverly Amulet of Glory recharge fountain, dragon weapon shop, mining, caged Blue dragon Legend's Legend's quest Northeast of Ardougne Bank, shops, Shadow warrior dungeon Magic 66 Yanille Bank, rune shop, training dungeon, teleports to other wizard towers Range 40 Southwest of Seers' Village Several shops, archery game, practice towers Warriors' 130 combined Attack and Strength West of Burthorpe Games room Bank, several shops and training areas new mini games! pest control basically there is a knight you have to defend by killing monsters and portals with 25other players if you do 50points of damage and your team wins you get x10 your combat level in cash as well as 1 point this point maybe used to get experience in a fighting skill or used to buy special items read tip.its guide to find out more about this fun mini game: http://tip.it/runescape/?page=pest_control.htm guide helpers: I will be adding more information and pictures but for now bye bye tipiters pm me if you want to add some bits to this guide and i will add your names to the bottom took me 4hours to make so better be good lol jk[/hide] Overall I think its a good guide, it needs building upon. May 29, 200719 yr I'm definitely not as nice as the other people who have commented on your guide. It's not very good, it's obvious you cut-and-pasted several sections (like slayer monsters). Too many grammatical mistakes for me to do anything except skim through it. There isn't much planning as far as the layout goes, it looks like you just through a bunch of stuff together. You don't seem to have much experience in either writing guides or p2p skills. Hunter is an excellent money-maker, 2nd only to rcing. Nobody buys pure ess for 120ea. Additionally, make all the URL's in your guide actually link somewhere, not just a different color. That's all I'm going to comment on, you have the potential to make this a good guide, just not the experience. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!

Using the other guides on the main site are much better, and clearer. Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. Want some?
May 30, 200719 yr I honestly can't read that. Add some paragraphing and punctuation so it's easier to read. Although, from what I did read of it, it's not a bad guide.
