I get that alot too. It's just opening your bank lower than the top line. Mine doesn't open that far down, just so that you can only see the last line. Just use the scroll at the side and scroll up to the top.

look at the scroll bar thing in picture one, it's almost at the bottom of the bank, while in picture 2, it's at the top of the bank.
