I have seen just a similar post about the playable organ on the tutorial island, i thought i'd make a larger thread about ANYTHING hidden in runescape, try not to say the same thing that others have :-)

I think you can play the organ in the Lumbridge church.You can also kick the wise old man's bed in Draynor Village.

When you use the cure platn spell on a dead plant it says somethig about death not being a disease in the chatbox.

Not really a secret, lots of people know it and it's been mentioned tons of times in the 'Useless Facts' thread. Using it on the Grand Tree gives 'It cannot be done.' It's a reference to Monty Python.
