Hajutze
The atk skill increases the chance of succesful hit Strenght increases the max hit which skill increases the dmg you do in battle (not the max you can hit ..) example .. you fight hob goblin and you hit - 10 , 10 , 1 , 2 , 4 .. etc. with which skill you can increase the "1 , 2 , 4" .. Xeones
Neither. Attack just gives you a higher percentage of the swing you make actually hitting. What you hit, however, is random. That 1, 2, and 4 you mentioned won't go higher with any skill. here's how to explain it: 1) you swing you weapon. 2) depending on your attack level, the computer decided whether or not you will hit. 3) If the computer decides that you will hit, it randomly takes a number between 1 and your max hit, which depends on strength, and makes you hit that. Hope that helps!
Maxx91
So if your max hit is higher, there's a higher chance that the computer will pick something better than 1 2 4 :)
Xeones
So if your max hit is higher, there's a higher chance that the computer will pick something better than 1 2 4 :) Yes, but only if the computer decided to let you hit in the first place.
JoeDaStudd
I vote both. With high strength and low attack you would hit. 10,0,20,0,20 With high attack and low strength you hit, 10,10,10,10,10 As you can see you hit roughly the same amount of damage. Have high strength is great when you want to hit high for KO's and high attack is great for general training. Ideally they both need to be high to all you to hit hard and constant. Bashful
3) If the computer decides that you will hit, it randomly takes a number between 1 and your max hit, which depends on strength, and makes you hit that. are u sure its 1-maxhit? for magic theres the splash(miss) and 0 damage(hit but no damage)
