June 5, 200719 yr Adding onto the repairing barrows in your POH, it will cost less depending on your smithing level.
June 5, 200719 yr They got number 1, so... The gloves are from the quest Recipe for Disaster. It has 8 sub-quests and a final boss fight, and each sub-quest unlocks a different level of glove, from leather, to bronze, all the way to dragon. You can buy the Barrows gloves after beating all 8 sub-quests and the final boss battle. Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D

And realy want my range to grow, only 22 now as when I played Range added to combat level in a different way than now, anyways: If I get a cannon, would I get exp realy fast?
