June 8, 200719 yr FM, cooking are easily bought skills. That means you'll lose LOADS of money if you want to do it fast. Slower 99 is FM with willows (1.7M I heard) and fletching: buying yews and BS, sell yew longs or high-alch. Construction needs to be bough of course, this can be EXTREMELY costly, I don't know wheter you make it with the net worth you stated. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
June 8, 200719 yr You can't get a 99 with that little amount of money. At best, you might reach 85 or so. The cheapest is FMing. If you buy the willows from the general store, you will lose about 1.7m; from merchants, 4M+; yews bought at 300 ea; over 20M I've heard. If you want to get Cooking, you will lose about 8M, and Fletching, you can actually profit from 75 on. ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet.
June 8, 200719 yr fletching: you get profit from 70 on (yew longs, a hint: world 131 or 132, has the unofficial fletching guild at yanille bank: ust invest 500k in supplies for your first 1k yew longs, make them and then swap them for supplies+cash)

June 8, 200719 yr If you want to get Cooking, you will lose about 8M, and Fletching, you can actually profit from 75 on. Don't forget you can sell your cooked food.... From level 80 it takes 92.000 lobster wich you can buy at 230gp each and sell at 200-210gp each -> loss of 1.85-2.75M - Back to casual f2p scaping due to limited time (university and girlfriend ) -

June 10, 200719 yr I started with around 300-500k i bought supplies and sold the yew bows, and now i have 99 fletching and over 7m :)
