Maybe you should email Jagex about it although it doesn't break the game. One graphics bug that I saw was at the Keldagrim Mining Cart station. When a dwarf was riding into the Blast Furnace building, his mine cart went off the tracks, went through the building wall, and somehow made it back on the mine cart tracks.
