June 11, 200719 yr I would like to know what a good method for getting 99 smithing from 52 would be. Preferably a method that has a fast enough exp. rate, while minimizing the net loss. Thanks in advance :D
June 11, 200719 yr I suppose buying iron ores -> smelting with forging -> smith into knives -> sell is quite a decent method. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

June 11, 200719 yr cannonballs are slower to smith (timewise) because of the multiple steps (bar melts, poured into mold, cooled, removed) than normal smelting/smithing.

Iron ores-knives is another 1 Im preety sure gold bars with gauntlets arent the fastest way, as you still have to smelt that many. Making steel plates or any other plates of increased metal is the fastest way, by far.

Iron ores-knives is another 1 What I'm going to do is iron knives to 85, c balls to 95, and then gold the rest of the way. That way, there is some variety and I don't loose too much cash.
