Axeman's Folly

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I want to increase my woodcutting skills. To accomplish that, I hack away at some unsuspecting yews. But to put not a too great dent in the Yew population, I would like to use Axeman's folly to increase my WC XP a tat.

Looking at the Cooking guide (http://tip.it/runescape/?page=cooking_guide.htm) I learned to make Cider:

  •
    - Put your apples into the brewery's cider-press to mash them up.

    - Fill all four buckets with apple mush, then pour them into the empty vat.

    - Add a pot of ale yeast.

    - Wait for the cider to ferment. This can take up to 24 hours (real time, not game time).

    - When examining the vat shows it is full of cider, turn the valve and the cider will go into the barrel.

    - Fill up to 8 beer-glasses or 2 Calquat kegs from the barrel.

To make Axeman's folly you need to add Oak root, but when? Not before you add the Apple mesh to the fermenting vat, not before you add the yeast, not after the yeast, so when?

Abel

This is how you make cider, yes... good for farming if I'm not mistaken...

To make axemans folly heres the routine:

- 2 Buckets of Water

- 2 Barley Malt

- 1 'The Stuff' from trouble brewing to increase the chances of making a mature folly

- 1 Oak Root

- 1 Pot of Ale Yeast

Listen to the contents starting to bubble, and examine the barrel to see whats brewin.

I'd like the opportunity to ask for support for having another Brewing Vat in a yet to be made basement of the cooking guild!

Instead of adding the apple mush, add the oak root at that stage. Also, had 2 buckets of water. I also think barley goes in too.

Lured. I thought this was a post making fun of me.

I don't think any drink will help you cut any faster, just help you cut tress you dont have the level to (if you were a level short of magics, for example).

You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. It's a nice attempt at argument, but your responses are facile and asinine, if not diatribe. Who's arrogant now?
