June 24, 200719 yr I have trained to 48 combat and I have 40 att, 40 str, 40 def, 21 prayer, 12 mage ( not really useful ), 1 ranged ( lol no use whatsoever ). Getting the items required for quest is no obstacle, and I have plenty of lobsters for the whole quest. P.S. I have done the quest before on my main, but my Combat was like 71 : P

June 24, 200719 yr You can probably do it. Make sure you know where the safespots are so you can run there and eat if you need to. Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
June 24, 200719 yr Author K, thanks, I know where all safe-spots are to heal. I will try it very soon.
June 24, 200719 yr I did that quest at 40 attack/defence, 35 strength, lobsters, and a strength potion. You'll be fine, as long as you don't have a habit of lagging. :P Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
June 24, 200719 yr after training on the skeletons outside of the door, i know that you can easily beat her with a full inventory of lobbies, and a str pot will make it easier.
June 25, 200719 yr I recommend training your melee combat skills to at least lvl-50 or lvl-55. If your melee skills are at lvl-50, then I recommend using full mithril. If you're at lvl-55, then you can survive on partial steel and partial mithril. Full steel and a mithril longsword is also good. As usual, always bring your best food that's available to you. Can you believe that I survived the battle on an inventory of stews, at lvl-52 and full steel? Though you might want to train your atk to 45 ... shouldnt take long.

I suppose it IS overqualified for that quest but I tend to over train for most quests that require combat, back when I didn't have decent equipment. RuneScape can be a scary and nerve wracking experience for the Unwashed new players.
