It looks like a Graveyard thingy. Probley gonna be used in Runescape's next skill. Reminds me on summoning/necromacing.

i just went there and checked it out

 

you can go inside and look at it up close

 

seems that there are wierd red symbols on the tall rocks called standing rocks

one of the tt maps leads there.. i didnt know it exists till i got that map.

I don't think it has a use at the moment ( so why is it there? :-k ) , apart from digging for treasure trails.
