Tip: Don't use clouds filter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think you're a little confused. The clouds render on PS isn't quite the same as renders from 3d programs. In all honesty, you should never used the clouds filter or any other (with the exception of blur maybe). Just head to a tutorials site and learn how to use the program.
