And last which fleet is greater and your favorite: Vaygr: 0 Notes: you must research everything and all armor and speed reseach for all ship(capital and fighters) are put in one...Battlecuriser is better than Higarian due to the Trinity Cannon. Some Vaygr ships look better than higarian ships. Higaria: 3 Notes: Shipyard cost less and researh armor and speed are'nt bunched up together. Has Advanced research module (cost of 2250 RU) will gives more capital ship reseach and frigates with corvettes. Battlecuriser has 2 Ion cannon turrets and Cannon Batteries slighty weaker than Vaygr Battlecruiser. some ships looking better than vaygr. pikajedi3 Posted July 3, 2007 Share Posted July 3, 2007 alas,they did-i think its 14 fighter squadrons,3 destroyers (or is it 5 :-k ),2 battle cruisers,20 corvettes squadrons.cant remember frigates,and its 50 utility ships (resourcers,probes etc).you can take them up,but not remove them entirely. one thing i loved about the original was building a handful of salvage corvs and just stealing the enemies capital ships as they sent them in :XD:.i would end up with a line stretching off the draw distance of large ships and frigates in different livery...looked...imposing if you want a game on any of the HW games,im always up for a scrap :thumbsup: edit the picture at the top of this thread? look at the numbers on the left,those are the unit caps.horrible things :wall: People don't suffer from Asperger's,they suffer from the ignorance of others."- Brian R. Harrington Posted July 3, 2007 Share Posted July 3, 2007 I just couldn't get into Homeworld 2. I mean, I absolutely loved Homeworld and Homeworld:Cataclysm, but I found No2 just too hard to get into. The main thing I loved about the first one was the mods available.... nothing like assuming control of the Repblic, Starfleet or Bab5 fleets lol.
