The exp you get from training a skill is always there, it can't be lost, taken away or be rid of. Therefor, Exp > Gp xp is lost if you lose your password, or if you quit. if you quit, you can give gp to a friend and it is not lost. of course, gp also leads to merchanting, an evil practice. so i'd say gp=xp.
