July 5, 200719 yr I prefer pearl tipped iron bolts for dragons, since fiery monsters are weak to the special. Also bring emerald bolts (e) to poison them. Proud owner of a Quest cape!
July 5, 200719 yr The most cost effective and damage effective that I've come across is to make some Emerald tips for maybe 1/20, 1/15, and no more than 1/10 of your bolts. So if you were to make 1k bolts, make about 75-100 enchanted emerald tipped bolts maybe? Always use the Accumulator to get back the bolts too just fyi. This way you can shoot the emerald tipped bolts until the dragons are poisoned, then use the regular bolts to finish up the job. It makes things go fast and is practically the same cost, especially if you pick up all the emeralds yourself. Mith works just fine because under mith is too weak (kind of) and above mith is fairly expensive for what you're doing. I hope that helps!
