13,300gp per trip VS 11,200 gp per trip !

 

 

 

I timed this in game for pretty accurate Re[bleep]s , mine you take in effect my mining lv is at 78 and this may vary.

 

 

 

10 Minutes of Mining Coal in Mining Guild = 11,200 GP or 56 Coal

 

 

 

10 Minutes of Mining Coal Addy and Mithril = 13,300 GP or

 

9 Coal, 4 Mith , 6 Addy 7 Gold ( Out Side Miners Guild)

 

 

 

SO looking for a fater way to get rich ? Here is your proof mining straight coal is not ALWAYS the best way to raise your level or make money :-w .

OR you could craft nats, probaly takes about the same time to get 44 rcing as it does 78 mining... and it gets about 7k every 2 mins, so 35k per coal mining trip :D

but whats the chances of all those mith adam gold and coal all being there everytime you try to mine it? highly unlikely

It would take longer to mine everything per trip, not only because the ores are higher leveled but also because other people might compete with you. Secondly, there's very little demand for addy and mith ore, and even less for gold ore. Selling everything would take far longer than selling just a ton of coal.

 

As well, in the time you mine all that and sell it you might be able to mine 28 coal, bank them and sell them, and mine another 14 or so coal. What do you want, a 20 minute trip mining and selling that, or a 12 minute trip mining and selling the coal? I think coal still gives more profit for your time.

Well 1. for me being lv 78 mining I can mine all those ores pretty quick

 

2. Its NOT hard to instantly sell gold , mith or addy, thats what forums are for and perm. buyers

 

3. I think in the comparison overall in the outcome your earning more cash OVERALL then the coal.

I agree. Woow! I can make 78K an hour now! Awesome method. Not good for me.

 

 

 

I'd say if you want the best out of mining higher level ores, either mine gold using the fairy ring method, glory to edge.

 

Or mine in the Lumby swamp with superheat, banking in Draynor with glories. There is hardly anyone there in members world and the banking time is pretty short compared to the good amount of ores found.

Also, I find that mining Iron is faster money wise than mining coal, up until around level 70 mining. From 60-70, you outmine every noob at the east Varrok mining area, and you got those 3 rocks right in a line to mine away. I could definitely get 125+ iron every 10 minutes, and sell 100 ea ore, as opposed to your 56 coal for 200 ea.
