Yea, I need a spot close to a bank where I can get clay.

The closest spot to a bank is probably varrok west mine, but there it another option. Get a bunch of skills necklaces (charged) and teleport to the crafting guild. Then use dueling ring to bank at cw bank. Also make sure you use a bracelet of clay to mine soft clay.

if u are crafting it then might as well do everything at the crafting guild. if u arent 40 crafting then try varrock mines near the west entrance - the one that leads to fally. at least thats where i mined it in rsc.

I need it for teletabs if that matters at all.

Actually if you complete the Balloon Quest, the name escapes me, you can use it to goto Crafting guild, then use Duel ring to telly to bank.

Farming is a pain in the butt to raise.

I do the following:

 

1. Wear a saphire bracelet, brown apron, wield staff of air.

 

2. Put in your inventory:

 

-- another bracelet

 

-- pickaxe

 

-- law runes

 

-- earth runes

 

-- water runes

 

-- fire runes (if you make Varrok teletabs)

 

3. Start from Falador west bank

 

4. Over the wall and run to the Crafting guild

 

5. Mine soft clay

 

6. Teleport to your house and make teletabs

 

7. Teleport to Falador, if needed bank teletabs and take new bracelets

 

8. Repeat
