no its part of the site i think i was exactly like normal tip.it but info is outdated and it had diffrent event

This used to be the link to our Beta Site for Tip.It Forums before they were released to the public and this link will never work as the Forums are now live.

 

 

 

I don't know where you found this link but it is ok :)
