Weight loss advice

Featured Replies

ok this is including how to be healthier overall but will help your weight too by a little.

1.eat organic foods. (they cost a little more but are worth it)

2.eat a large breakfast because it starts out your metabolism for the day 3.avoid all drugs (both illegal and legal) unless you have a very serious illness. ex: don't take 6 sudafeds a day for a cold. antibiotics are very bad also. herblore isn't just for runescape. there are a lot of natural cures out there.

4.excersize for 30 minutes a day to start out with

5.don't starve yourself to lose weight cause once you starting eating normally you'll gain it back+more

I got all this from an awesome site called naturalcures.com the guy lost 45 pounds in 6 weeks using a protocall used by doctors around the world. he is NOT a doctor himself but this stuff works. you can get a 30 day trial on the site and after i think it's $5 a month.

Maybe 4 at like full-speed, non-stop, which would...suck.

A four minute mile is like... the litmus test for professional runners. I don't think you could run one... I can't run one (I'm in the 4:30 range), and I train upwards of 20km each time I run :P

A treadmill is the most worthless purchase one person can ever make.

I would agree. Get an ergometer instead. It is a much more complete workout.

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
