Hey I'm new to members and I'm doing the tears of guthix quest. I can't light the bullseye lantern to get to Juna because I don't have oil... Sorry for my ignorance but I really don't know and it's not written in the guide.

you use swamp tar I think on that machine in the chemist's house in Rimmington to get oil. But you also need a saphire umm... lens. You use a chisel on a sapphire twice I think. Hope this helps. And wrong forum. :?

To get the oil, you need to take a swamp tar to the chemists house in Rimmington. There's a machine there that you use to get the oil. Put the oil in, and then use a chisel on an uncut sapphire, then use it with the lantern.

before you do it, dont make my mistake. take a secong light source, preferbly a candle as you cant unlight your lens to put in the saphire because it will say "if i unlit this, i'll have no light source" you MUST carry a second light source for the quest. some guides need that update.
