As to why you'd need a ps2 emulator if you had both of those.. im not to sure.. but nonetheless Go look on any half decent Rom site. blade995 Posted July 15, 2007 Share Posted July 15, 2007 A ps2 emulator is a lot different than a n64. You need a very fast computer to run a ps2 emulator without lag. I'd say, just go buy the PC version..I think they've got GTA 3 and VC on PC. Odds are, if you're mom won't let you play, you shouldn't try anyways.
