July 15, 200718 yr runecraft all the way! i would mine ess and craft airs until you can do fires then use the duel ring method to get to 44. once you get to 44 you can use the abyss to make plenty of nats. however, doing this you would be in danger, especially with your combat stats as there are rather high level monsters there that could probably kill you fairly fast. another alternative is picking flax, making it into bs, then selling it. hope it helps and good luck!

July 16, 200718 yr you need a bunch of duel rings for this. equipped you need: fire tiara, duel ring inventory: ess and pouches (if you can use them) use your duel ring to get to duel arena. walk outside the gate then walk directly north. there is the fire alter there. enter and craft your runes and then rub your duel ring to get back to castle wars. bank there and repeat. good luck :)

Or Buy 1k iron ore and 2K coal > Smelt into bars, Sell for minimum 625 each World 1 falador east bank. I did that with 6.5k steel bars. Sold for a good profit 8-). 99/99 Cooking. 1500+ total level. 96+ Combat
