Most people dont have an excess of rune meds incase you haven't noticed.

 

 

 

The best F2P thing to train mage with is alching steel platebodies. From what I have heard you dont lose very much money through that method.

Rune Platebody has the highest value. Go for it :roll: .

Find a green d hide body crafter who gives nature runes + bodies for 4680 ea.

 

They alch for 4680 ea
