July 26, 200718 yr Think about what the two things mean. The higher your attack, the greater chance of hitting a non-zero number. The higher your strength, the greater chance of hitting a higher number WHEN you actually hit. No, that is not true.

Except right now my attack is 70 and str and def 69. Command the Murderous Chalices!
