2. Use swirl on max setting 3 times.

 

 

 

3. Erase around it and in it to make a ring shape.

 

 

 

4. Ctr+T and kind of flaten it to what you want.

 

 

 

5. Add a little bit of noise.

 

 

 

6. Color to what you want.

 

 

 

7. Set it to screen i belive. :) And you have your rings.
