August 3, 200718 yr From your signature I'm going to assume that you are F2P and therefore cannot receive a skill cape(which is a travesty in my opinion). So I guess you wouldn't have to worry about that :) I'm pretty sure that you have to buy them back, but then again I could be completely wrong because I don't have any 99's(I'll have a disgraceful 99 fletching soon though...). August 3, 200718 yr If you wanted to prove it, get a quest cape, die and see what happens. However, i am fairly sure you just pay 99k again for the cape. And I am pretty sure you get an extra hood. August 3, 200718 yr If you die with a quest cape (at least) you'll keep it if it's one of your 3/4 more valuable items (quite often), and if you lose it you can simply buy a new one. This signature is intentionally left blank.
