the snakes if you look at one of the snakes every other snake but the one you are looking at moves.. and if you turn your eyes to another one that one will stop moving and the other one will start moving..

 

 

 

they dont really move.. i think the gif is just to compress file size..

they all move at 1 time for me

Wow...Okay, look at each giant circle individually. The one you look at will not move but it may have looked like it was when your eyes were five circles over. Therefor you'll see it was never moving.

and blotfisk, if u look right in the centre of the 2nd one, u could see the red squares rotating
