CampbellMC
kill chaos druids for your herbs, for 45 you wont need THAT many and you wont be spending any money.
sevenphotos
Do every single herblore exp giving quest there is - the troll stronghold quests (edgers ruse and My Arm) gives about 20k exp total right there. Then the traditional way - kill chaos druids in the taverly dungeon, make potions at the highest level you can from the herbs you gather. Since there is usually many players looking only for ranaar and higher, it would only take a few minutes to get a full inventory of guam, tarromin and marrentill from what they ID and drop on the floor. For maximum herbage, farm all the herb seeds you can at the same time.
Vaskor
You can also buy a lot of tarromin cheaply (300-400ea) and make Serum 207 potions. The beauty of this method is that the second ingredient is simple ash which you get from burning logs. Go to Seers where people burn maples and you get unlimited quick supply of ash. Bashful
if you've done barbarian training.. use roe on attack pots to make attack mix. you can get attack pots easily from the warrior guild.
