Hi and welcome to my guide about slaying blue dragons, it will show you how to effectively train and make good money too :)

 

First of all a bit about this monster

 

 

You can make fairly good cash as their 100% drops are blue d hide and d bones.Looking up to Zybez's priceguide bones are 1.9k-2.1k ea and hides are 1.8k-2.2k so for every blue dragon you kill you will get about 4k + exp.

 

Also they drop things like Dragon spear, Rune spear and clue lvl 3, half keys, shield halves they also drop some rubbish stuff but there is no point talking about them :

 

 

 

How can i kill the dragon?

 

You can kill dragon easily by meeling , ranging ,maging or halying.

 

 

 

Maging it: Maging dragon can be hard task and there is no really point in doing this as dragon have good protection from magic, but if you realy want to do this i would suggest 59+ magic but its just waste of runes

 

 

 

Ranging it : Ranging the dragon in very good idea dragons are fairly weak against arrows or bolts and you can hide in safe spots too, i would suggest 50+ to kill it fast, you can do it any level but this will be fairly quick after 50.

 

 

 

Meeling it : That option is suggested for higher level players, about 70+ dragons hit fairly hard on low levels so good armor is a need you will also need lot of food i would suggest 60+ atk and about 60 str at least.

 

 

 

Hallying it :This is easiest option but it sometimes get messy i would suggest a rune hally at least d hally is must. High attack to make your hits accurate and pretty high str

 

 

 

What should i take with me?

 

 

 

Mage

 

 

Lobsters just in case, ANY 1 click teleport , whatever runes you will need (signed as p ess with corss on it)anti dragon shield and anti fire pot (that looks like super atk pot i dont know why #-o ) just in case you never know what might happend (lags etc)

 

 

 

Ranger

 

 

Very similar to mages, if u are using crossbow you might want to wear the shield at all the time

 

 

 

Meele

 

 

Here thing is more complicated, if you are lower level you might want to use stuff in yellow box and pray against the dragon, if yes you wont need stuff in blue box also if you are lower leve lyou might want to take dds and special it.You might also want to take some anti fire potsREMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE MEELING YOU MUST HAVE ANTI DRAGON SHIELD EQUIPED AT ALL THE TIME

 

 

 

Hally

 

 

Hallying is easy you wont need much

 

 

 

Where do i have to go?

 

 

Entrance to the dungeon is located south of travelry

 

Go into cave and follow the map

 

 

Follow the pink path if u got 70 or more agility , follow yellow path if u dont

 

*Note* To go in you will need Dusty Key to get it follow the map

 

 

Yellow path leads to dragons follow it till green path starts - follow it till you get to jailer, kill him and use key with jail and talk to prisoner as reward of freeing him he will give you key.

 

 

 

Safespots

 

 

Safe spot in long tunel near fishing place

 

 

Here is second one near the middle there are 2 spots but i only sugest using the green one, mostly when u use red one baby dragon starts to attack u

6.5/10, It's to short especially in wielded equipment, and I still don't under stand what's with the p ess :|

I dont know what runes you might use so i just put p ess picture as rune so you can use any runes

just to let you know, Taverly Dungeon is the worst place to fight blues. You should call this Taverly dungeon blue dragons not blue dragon slaying. Either add the ogre enclave or change the title. Also, you dont need an antifire pot. If you are maging, wear it. if you are ranging, equip it before you grab loot. You dont have very many safespots, including the most popular. Do more research before you write another bad guide.
