Well i got a big lag these days :( So anyone got any idea how to reduce it? :-k

Better computer, better internet connection and choose servers closers to home.

Try defragmenting your computers...it might help.

Also if your free to play, then right click on an ad, and you can one of two things, depending on what type of ad it is. If it's a flash ad, like the Jagex ones, then your in luck. Just right-click, and choose play, so that it will be unchecked. If it still moves, then right click again, and go to quality, and choose low. If it isn't a flash based ad, then go to this frame, and choose reload frame. keep reloading till you can change the quality
