If it's a flash ad, like the Jagex ones, then your in luck. Just right-click, and choose play, so that it will be unchecked. If it still moves, then right click again, and go to quality, and choose low. If it isn't a flash based ad, then go to this frame, and choose reload frame. keep reloading till you can change the quality Works well on old computers, such as mine.
