August 21, 200718 yr Like the blogscape index, why not have a Gallery index, As many gallerys have died deep into the pages of the gallery, why not create an index for it? It would benefit lots of people if: 1. They haven't been on the forum lately. 2. People who like the art of a person can easily see all of their work. 3. Easy to see if people have added new images. Can't think of more but theres one thing. I pmed tripsis. And she said a problem. The only problem with that, is that most of our gallery users (from what I've seen) don't post all of their artwork on one thread. A lot of them create one or two new threads a month to display their artwork, so they don't have one main thread. If more users started compiling their artwork into one thread, then I think it would work beautifully. Hope you don't mind me quoting. August 21, 200718 yr I counted 8 topics that could go in the gallery. There was also around 3-6(its hard to tell who would actually use the gallery), plus making a gallery area would spark up 2-3 threads. I counted until mid second page, post being aug 05th. Which doesn't really matter, since art takes time anyways, I'd assume each gallery would be updated every week or two. But to Ard's idea of asking the users in The Gallery about it, is probably the safest way to go, and should be done.
