ThruItAll Posted August 21, 2007 Share Posted August 21, 2007 Like the blogscape index, why not have a Gallery index, As many gallerys have died deep into the pages of the gallery, why not create an index for it? It would benefit lots of people if: 1. They haven't been on the forum lately. 2. People who like the art of a person can easily see all of their work. 3. Easy to see if people have added new images. Can't think of more but theres one thing. I pmed tripsis. And she said a problem. The only problem with that, is that most of our gallery users (from what I've seen) don't post all of their artwork on one thread. A lot of them create one or two new threads a month to display their artwork, so they don't have one main thread. If more users started compiling their artwork into one thread, then I think it would work beautifully. Hope you don't mind me quoting. There was also around 3-6(its hard to tell who would actually use the gallery), plus making a gallery area would spark up 2-3 threads. I counted until mid second page, post being aug 05th. Which doesn't really matter, since art takes time anyways, I'd assume each gallery would be updated every week or two.
