August 21, 200718 yr I maged with fire blast and protect form melee. That seemed to work well for me ^what he said Use protect from melee and mage him. He meant you need to use the protect from magic prayer, and run to the other side of the bridge so that it cant hit you with melee. Just bring some ppots and food to be safe, and I guess dds specing him at start of fight could be useful but it could be risky. If you ever go close him I'm pretty sure his melee is more deadly then his magic Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

August 21, 200718 yr I ranged him at 46 range with green dhide yew shortbow and mith arrows, I used like...6 lobsters. You'll be fine just get some dhide arrows and a bow.
August 21, 200718 yr With those levels, the fight will be unbelievably easy. Bring 2 prayer pots, and the rest of your inventory sharks. Consider a super set. Just melee him. August 21, 200718 yr I did it at ~70/60/60, with 60 ranged. Just range him and protect from mage. You won't even need a prayer pot, but bring one just to be on the safe side. Use rune arrows for the best results. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!

August 21, 200718 yr With my strength just a tab higher than yours, I whipped+dds'd him and hardly used any of my food. It is a bit risky though, since it'll use the opposite of what your protecting from. Use mage pray anyway since 1) you have melee armor and 2) it uses less prayer. ~It's Super Effective!
