I train on the mosses in the Varrock sewers for the prayer XP and drops but when they get crowded I usually go the Flesh Crawlers in the SoS level 2. The Zombies in the same level are also good for training, at least for me, because they drop steel arrows. I've gotten well over 3k steels from them in one day.

ok ill bear that in mind, ive heard from loads of people flesh crawlers are good but never tried, any good member monsters out there that have low defence and high hitpoints?

use a d scimmy to train attack to 70, moss giants are your friend ^_^

 

try moss giant island on karamaja

 

 

 

when you get 70 att, use whip for 70 def

 

then scimmy up your str if you want

If you want to take the popular 1-def pure route, you could do Rock Crabs. They're low defense with 100 hitpoints. But they drop nothing good.

I find that slayer is the best way to level combat; good drops, much variety, and you get slayer xp.

how long did it take and what armour/weopen did u use?

In members, pretty much all giants, rock crabs, flesh crawlers and experiments have high HP and low defence for their combat level.
