Deadlyfun
Full dharoks? Tplate, Tlegs(or dlegs), d scimmy, and other armor and with 65 where would be a good place to train to 70 or 75? Thanks!
mockme_14
This depends a lot on where you want to train. Where you train also depends on your other stats. If your skills are all also 60+, try lessers in the best armour you can lay your hands on. If your goal is to hit high, D scimmy, str ammy, fighter torso, d legs, rune defender, dragon boots, best RFD gloves, neitznot helm, Ring of your choice. You could try training on lessers, ice giants, experiments...can't think of anything else at the moment.

Deadlyfun
I am looking for fastest training possible. I ahve 70 att, 65str, and 70 def. I want to just be able to get to 70+ str extremely fast and hopefully 85+ str too. I have the money for full dharok and I heard that was fast lvling is this true? I don't care about hitting extremely high just lvling fast.

fabtank
i'd say hold off on barrows armour until past 70 str, you dont need it . When i was a noob i trained my att from 50-80 at rock crabs, str 50-70 at rockcrabs, def 50-70 at roackcrabs. If anything do rockcrabs from 65-70. Buy T pl8 and legs, a fremmy helm, glory, climbing boots and go pwn dags
Gin_and_Tonic
In answer to your question... Nez(w.e) Helm Strength Amulet Fighter Torso T legs Dragonfire Shiled Whip Dragon boots Zerker ring ...are the best strength bonuses outfit... However, i'd suggest training with slayer. When you get a black mask and kill a slayer monster, you get 15% attack and strenght bonuses, so its like praying all the time.
Deadlyfun
Yea...seriously I will never level at rock crabs again...I went there for my att and it was almost always packed and cannon users take up pretty much everything...it was lame! Well, I think that I will do that haunted mines quest get salve ammy and go lvl on ankous until 70 then I may start doing barrows for a little and level slayer more since I am 57 right now and want 90 slayer. Dexek
Enjoy my somewhat generic strength training reply. It works. Well, I am 99 strength, so I'll tell you what I trained on. 1) Moss Giants - I know it sounds nooby, but you use little or no food, collect stackable drops like seeds, runes, and arrows, and oddly it seems like very fast exp if you know where to train. I myself suggest training in the Varrock Sewer/Edge Dungeon Moss Giants. Do not use this method if you can't use the pipe short-cut to Edge Dungeon. Simply go down there with high alchemy runes, a chisel, and a bit of food. Take a few strength pots because it is a cheap way to speed up training. 2) Fire Giants - I have most currently trained on Fire Giants with the Dragon Halberd. If you do not have a D-Hally, I suggest getting one before trying this method. You can achieve the ability to wield one by completing the Regecide quest. As with mossies, take high alchs (or at least the nature runes as a lot of fire runes are dropped), a chisel, as much food as you can (you will waste a lot for inventory space, but it is needed at the beginning while the Fire Giants are aggressive), and some strength pots. Some highlights about the fire giants are that they have 111Hp, so that transfers into 444 Strength exp per giant.. they drop strength potions (2-dose), and quite a few other decent items. 3) Ankou - This method is best used with a Salve Amulet, or Salve Amulet (e) achieved from the Haunted Mine quest. You should use this amulet because it increases your att/str by 15%, and if enchanted, 20%. Head down to the Ankou with a chisel, a full inventory of food (again wasting will occur), and strength pots to speed up the process even more-so. Ankou drop a large number of blood and death runes, and also a varied number of other items that are worth picking up. If you can take rune/drag/torag down here with full guthans to recharge your Hp, then you will be able to virtually camp down here. 4) Slayer Tasks - This can be a good way to raise both your strength and slayer at a rather fast rate. If you decide to use this method be sure to use a Black Mask, as it raises your att/str levels by 15% versus slayer tasks. Use the highest level slayer master you can, and go to the Burthope slayer master if you want your task changed. Be aware you will have to do the task that he assigns. Your inventory in most cases will consist of high alch runes, a chisel, some food, and strength pots to further speed up training. Be sure to take any items that are required to kill your slayer task. Melivor
My favorite place to train is in the third level of the Stronghold of Security. When you get there, go to the most north room. It should be filled with giant spiders (lvl 50). Bring the best armor that you can afford and ALOT of food. They hit hard. But don't worry, they are not poisonous. The best thing about training on these is that they automatically attack you! So you can watch TV or something else while you train \ . But make sure you watch your health!! Birthdays are good for you - the more you have the longer you live.
