The_Jeppoz
I don't realy like those. Usualy a mix of two things ends up taking the worst from both.... Now maybe your learning curve didn't get to high levs yet, but i bet with your experience you should have done something way better if it was possible to do. So...i don't realy think that program has that much potential compared to the other 2. What realy bothers me is the lack of any kind of atmosphere in the shots. The rest of the things are , on average, very poor in quality and result. Thumbs down this round...
tttia
Actually Jeppoz, I think it is the fact that they are using limited trial versions that is causing some of the problem. That program is in fact much more powerful than terragen.

Yet limited versions usualy should tease you enough to buy the final version...and this doesn't...
tttia
Vue 5 Esprit ships on 2 Hybrid (Mac/PC) CDs bursting with 50+ SolidGrowtḫ̢̢ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ 3 trees and plants, over 160 atmospheres, 460 materials, 250 high quality fully textured 3D objects and over 70 example scenes made by Vue master artists. A 340 page printed manual is also included. Check their gallery here: http://www.e-onsoftware.com/Gallery/Thu ... hp?Index=1 I am not saying all the pics are great, but some are really quite nice. Of course, you will notice a lot of poser models too as the products are marketed together. I hope to see more from Bryce too now that they were bought out by Daz....of course..I hope the price stays where it is. Having said that, I feel guilty if I use any of them....because most of the work is not mine. I guess for what they are they are fine. I just would rather paint.
