September 2, 200718 yr There's no way to make a profit unless you either 1) Make your own yew longs or 2) Make your own nature runes. It's a lot easier to make your own nature runes, even though you said you can't make them, so you're a bit out of luck, sorry. September 2, 200718 yr I buy some Yew logs by others. Buy Flax and spin it into BS for crafting xp (im going for 61). Buy the Nature Runes from Ali Morisanes rune shop for 225ea and then alch them for just over 700gp.

September 3, 200718 yr 620gp now? thought it's been 600gp for a long time. anw, you'll only make a profit if you make your own natures and with at least 91rc for a reasonable profit. e.g. 1k yew longs : 620,000 500 p ess : 35,000 total : 655,000 alch value : 768,000 profit : 113,000 (which comes to abt 226gp/ess) you can do it with a lower rc, but then you're better off just selling the nats.

September 3, 200718 yr You should alch them to raise your mage level, since the difference b.w 52 and 62 mage is very significant.
