Slip a little somethin somethin in her drinkie and make her go to sleep and then lock her in your closet with regular doses of chloroform and then carry her to homecoming and prop her up an dance with her and tell her that you will be with her forever.

It worked for me.

Mmm, you want it to be sweet and romantic and whatnot?

I suggest skywriters. Their amazing. If you have the money, you could also add a couple craters to the moon.

Realisticly, ask her out for coffee at a coffee shop/bookstore and ask her there. It's not a bad place to do it.

Your school may be different than what mine was, but it's just homecoming. Just ask between classes(if she says no, you can just walk away if she says no) or in a class you share together.

Go to her house in the middle of the night, take some sidewalk chalk, and write something like, "Homecoming? -your_name" or be a little more creative on her driveway. My neighbor's boyfriend did that a year or 2 ago. She definitly thought it was cute and scored him some points ;)
