Led-Zeppelin
Ok, I have a 30gig video iPOD, and I use my iTunes as my music player aswell as my iPOD organiser. I recently made iTunes my main music player from WMP. I have my iPOD set to sync checked items only, so I have alot of unchecked songs. But what I found out is iTunes doesn't even play the unchecked songs when it set on shuffle? Can anyone understand what I just said? Lol. Now is there some kind of setting I change so it will play unchecked items? I have about half of my songs unchecked, and it doesn't play a single unchecked one even after a few hundred >>'s. Led-Zeppelin
I couldn't see anything. :( I went through it all, probably the most obvious one, but how ever, any specific help would be real groovy.
Andrew_s_2
Has to be checked to play, go under the library, and go to music, it'll ahve all your songs there, listen to um there. 99 attack-34,104th to 99 attack.

The unchecked ones do not play on shuffles there in lies my problem.

It might take a while, but you could put the songs you want on your ipod in a playlist, tell the ipod to sync from there, and then check all of the songs in your library? Led-Zeppelin
Awwwww, but I add and remove songs from it all the time, I would rather iTunes as my default player for songs, because it looks that much cooler. Making a playlist seems too involved and time consuming, may just have to keep WMP as my default player.
Mr_Adam
To play music in your iTunes, you have to have to have it checked (unless you specifically click on that song) I also believ you can make it so you can import music to your iPod manually, which is useful. Led-Zeppelin
That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. The ticking of items should be purely for whether or not you want them imported, not if you want them to play or not.
Mr_Adam
Lets say your having a party and shuffling songs for people, and there are some little kids. Playing "Violent Pornography" by SoaD would be a bad idea, no? Also, under devices in iTUnes (when you iPod is in the comp), there should be a checkbox asking if you want to manage songs to your ipod manually, by clicking and dragging them into the ipod under devices. Should work, but my ipod is newer... Also making sure you have the latest iTunes could help too.
