September 15, 200718 yr From my understanding, and written text, Tip.It relaxed the rule about 'what-if' threads, or 'questionaire threads'(they're basically the same-.-), and the users caught on, and here we are! They've been allowed for some time now I do believe, they are annoying, and cause little discussion, or debates. But they do keep the General board active, and only the more matured posters are posting about the damage they are doing. Damage I mean killing the average IQ of a Tip.Iter in General. I'm not really against, or with this being changed, but hopefully they will pass, or some kind of twisted cool rule will come into play. :-#
