September 15, 200718 yr The ship from lunar diplomacy has tar barrels that respawn quickly, and theres 3 right next to each other on the floor below deck. I also heard the new mutated turtose slayer monster drops a lot of swamp tar. Proud owner of a Quest cape!
September 15, 200718 yr Author Ill look into these tar barrels but I have tried the tortoise and can reveal that although it does drop teh tar it doesnt drop it at a rate to be efficient
