it doesn't change with karamja gloves. However, the stuff you can buy drops in price.

 

 

 

i thought the gloves effected both buying and selling

It does affect both buying and selling of other shops in tzhaar, just NOT the magic shop. They will buy for the same whether you have them on or not, but its selling price will be reduced
