Other than prayer books (don't have enough funds), is there any shield/offhand that gives Ranged offense bonus?

I dislike Guthix, and I want Zammy Book, and Guthix only gives 4.

I dont think there are other than guthix book but that is rather cheap.

I think the only possibility is to get a guthix prayer book, since there are no other cheap off hands giving a ranged bonus that I know off.
