Everyone posts things they're not sure about. If you can work on a sig until you can't find anything else to do, then post it, it helps because the best of your ability went into the sig, and c/c will only improve your skill. I go by the feedback of the forum users. If they like it OK, i still find a flaw about it and hate it because of it. They hate it, i get on with life. Maybe if I want some help how to make images look better. I also usually only rate pixels cause they are only images that I really like (I don't like photoshop signatures where renders are used) + ofcourse pencil and other "no-computer-used" -paintings. I wouldn't say it blows my mind, but it still looks good. One of the few types one of those large lighter border area things works.
