October 13, 200718 yr I have 3 days of member left and i want lv 70 defense before it finishes... I want to know where I can train, my itens are not good cause i sold everything I'm wering full rune with defender,mime gloves, desert bootsand abby whip and i have 320 lobby to spent too... Thanks

Thanks Use your Abyssal whip on the Defensive style at the Yaks on Neitiznot. It's slightly faster experience than Experiments and very fast respawns. If you haven't started/done "The Fremennick Isles," then go for Experiments. You should be done within 6 hours maximum. Meaning 2 hours a day, starting... NOW!!!
