I'll admit the terminology was a bit off, since I'm kind of making this all up as I go.

 

 

 

Yes, in the casses (especially of levels and any activities) the barriers to entry can be achieved by anyone.

 

 

 

However, I do believe that people will specialize (to a certain extent) making various "classes" in the game and so it is my belief is that there are in fact classes but that people can move freely among them. So this is very similar to what you said except I do believe a certain structure exists.

 

 

 

There are also some exceptions to opportunity which are the untradable rares. Some people have benefited from these while others (like myself for the bunny ears and scythe) will never have a shot at them.
