Brews, they can heal like 64 per pot. Other than that it's a basket of strawberries.

In one bite, I think it's manta rays at 24. Strawberries are multiple bites I believe so not too good for high lvl monster killing.

Each strawberry is one bite, but they heal 6 ea, a basket of strawberries heals 30 in total (5 strawberries)

~All right, so Sara Brews and Super Restores make more sense then, i get 107 Hitpoints and 110 Defence anyway (always nice.) Thanks for the super-fast responses.~
