October 22, 200718 yr I really recommend mountain trolls. I personally trained on them from about 99-105 combat. Some Info: Location: Death Plateau, north of Burthrope. Closest Bank: Rogues Den, right across from the Castle. Level/HP: Level 69, 90 HP. Good Drops: Nature Runes (7), Earth Runes (25-80), Half Keys and Many good seeds (including ranarr).
October 22, 200718 yr Slayer: not so fast, but it's real nice to train that too ankou:good drops, sometimes a good clue (always level3), sometimes a bad clue hellhounds: drop good clues from time to time yaks: 65k exp/hour bloodvelds: less crowded than ankou, no clues abberant spectres: great for herbs chaos druids: acceptable for herbs

October 22, 200718 yr ... BUT I dont know where to train. SO, does anyone know any reasonable places for me to train? You earn melee exp according to HitDone*4 The level of the monster that you kill doesn't matter. The fastest training happens when you are hitting something constantly. So, if you fought a "lower" level monster, then you could make very steady exp. Plus, if it's lower level, then you would need very little food and you could kill for hours and hours and hours. For steady killing you need fast respawns and/or a small area crowded with monsters. The SoS has exactly that. You can easily hunt the first or second levels of the SoS and earn steady exp. You could try the 3rd or 4th levels and kill the higher level monsters but you may find yourself hitting 0's more often and needing more food to heal. There are lots of monsters in RS that can offer good training but the rule to remember is "Lower level monsters are for easy exp, higher level monsters are for good loot" Hope this helps

October 22, 200718 yr Try bandits.. Fastest exp in game (after PC) Dragon drops: 82 (2 claws)Dagannoth kings drops: 73Barrows item count: 51GWD drops: 54 (5 hilts: 1x bandos, 3x saradomin, 1x zamorak)Whips: 4Sigils: 1x spectral (FFA), 1x arcane (FFA)
October 22, 200718 yr I would kill any monster with 1 more damage than 2 times your max hit wit hthe best str bonuses. ex: you had max str bonus and max was 20.. kill a monster with 40-50 hp. [software Engineer] - [Ability Bar Suggestion] - [Gaming Enthusiast]
