October 27, 200718 yr Some of the best places to train dharocks: Lvl 167 monkey guard in the Monkey temple on Ape atoll (mm required) WHy: because there are 2 altars for prayer so u can melee+pray+max for good training exp Dual Arena: against people for fun and a good way to max and get good exp Fight Pits: Good exp against the waves of monsters and a good chance of getting fire cape as well \ :thumbsup:

October 27, 200718 yr The pits are the PvP ones, so I'll just assume you meant the caves because you said "monsters." Dharokers in the pits usually get one or two good hits in just before they die, but I'd assume that the monkey gaurds would be better. I've never heard of anybody dharoking elves, by the way. There's an altar down the hall from a ranger with another downstairs and the two warriors. Ranged protection prayer lasts a good bit longer than the melee one, and the rangers have a much lower defense and aren't aggresive, so I'd think they'd be better to train on...
