I think the blue BG and the grassy hill in FG clash a bit much, maybe add more green in the BG for better overall blending? It all looks nice, only right at the boundery between the green grass and the blue BG do the colors clash a bit. The blue bg doesnt go too well with it, green-ish should make it. A little more transperantcy (or something) should be done in the text, and a less thick stroke.
